HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY HOME CLEANED?

Little Miss Pristine offers regular weekly, two-week, and monthly appointments. We are also available for unique special one-time cleaning.

WHICH LITTLE MISS PRISTINE PROFESSIONAL WILL COME TO MY PLACE?

Little Miss Pristine has an extensive network of experienced and reputable cleaning professionals. Depending on the time and date of the request, we strive to assign the best available professionals. You will receive a text message with the information of the person we assigned to your appointment.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

It’s as simple as giving us a call or sending us an email!

CAN I RESCHEDULE OR SKIP BOOKINGS?

You can reschedule any booking without penalty, so long as you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.

Little Miss Pristine offers contemporary access to dry cleaning and laundry services by providing an on-demand style of service like Uber or Lyft (but for laundry!). HOW DO I CANCEL A CLEANING WITH LITTLE MISS PRISTINE?

DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR SERVICES 24/7?

Our standard service covers Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm. We will do everything in our power to answer any queries outside this service window if notated in advance.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Our pricing is entirely individualized. With more than 22 years worth of experience, we have come to know that every home is unique and different. So, we base our pricing on many individual factors – square footage of your space, depth of cleaning required and specific services requested.

WILL MY HOUSE BE INSPECTED AFTER EVERY CLEAN?

Our supervisory inspectors regularly review our teams. They do this to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality possible.

I HAVE AN ALARM SYSTEM! WHAT DO I DO?

If your home has an alarm system, please provide us with the needed code and steps required to disable the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave or still yet; you may want to disable your alarm on the scheduled cleaning date.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PET?

Pets are not a problem, but we need to be notified if you own one and possibly, provide their names. If you have special pet-related requirements or if there are special circumstances we need to know, we want this information to be included in your work order.

CAN I TRUST THOSE WHOM YOU SENT TO MY HOUSE?

We are very particular about who we hire. Little Miss Pristine employees undergo a rigorous screening process that includes comprehensive criminal background checks. Our employees are all given top-notch training to meet your standards.

WILL I HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR NEED TO PAY ANY TAXES IF I HIRE A HOUSEKEEPER?

No. Little Miss Pristine goal is to reduce the number of your responsibilities in life; certainly not add to them!

CAN YOU HELP WITH CHILDCARE OR MEDICAL NEEDS FOR AN ELDERLY PARENT?

While we are proud of the support we provide to our clients and their loved ones, personal care for older parents, child care, and medical assisted services are not part of Little Miss Pristine range of services.

WHEN ARE YOUR PICK UP AND DELIVERIES? AND DO I NEED TO BE HOME?

We take and deliver your orders seven days a week, excluding certain holidays. You do not have to be at home during our pickup and delivery times. All you have to do is specify the desired lift location in your order details. Typical delivery and pickup points are the porches, while apartment/condo owners can leave it on their doormat, doorstep or front desk. Delivery takes place within 24 to 48 hours of pickup, depending on the time you have chosen when ordering.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN YOU CLEAN?

You do not have to be home, and if you want to be, of course, you are welcome to be.

WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME HOUSE CLEANER?

We always try to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS MY HOME GETS DAMAGED?

In an unfortunate event where breakage occurs, we will do everything to repair or replace the item.

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?

Absolutely, we have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.

HOW DO I PAY FOR CLEANING?

Payments are made on the day of execution of the service. You can pay by cash or email transfer.

Tips for our cleaners are not expected nor required. By leaving them a simple note, stating how good they did will mean a lot to them. However, if you want to leave a tip, please do.

CAN I DIRECTLY EMPLOY ONE OF YOUR CLEANING PROFESSIONALS?

Our employees are not available for direct leasing. We spend a lot of time and resources into hiring our staff.

WHAT IF I’M DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE YOU RENDERED?

If you are unsatisfied with our cleaning services, we will return the next working day and clean it again.
